The Scholarship Awards were created to honor Dr. Harold Strong  of Kappa Kappa Psi and Dr. Grace Wiley of Tau Beta Sigma.  Each  of these individuals  were trailblazers in the University's Music Program.  They had a strong influence on our organizations as well as the band program that had prepared us for the professional world.
